- I remember watching my father draw pictures at the kitchen table. It fascinated me so much but I didn't know I inherited this talent until the summer after third grade. One day I just decided to start drawing. I remember my first piece was a whale, I seem to recall it was pretty good (at least to my third grade mind). However it looked I remember thinking I could draw like my father. It opened a whole new world for me. I haven't stopped "creating" ever since. Some pauses but never actually stopped at least creating inside my head. I have no formal training other than one high school class in sculpting. I didn't believe in myself as an artist, until now. The drive and desire to create has now overtaken me, it may have something to do with the stability I now have in my life that I never had before. Whatever it is...YAY...GO ME!
